THOMPSON/CENTER ARMS, Bullet Starter Loading ImplementsA properly patched round ball requires the use of a bullet starter.The purpose of this implement is to start a tight fitting ball intothe muzzle and to drive it far enough down the barrel so that it canbe handled with the ramrod. The Deluxe is a hardwood starter that issimilar to the standard except that it offers the added feature of whatis called a palm saver. The T-Handle features a hardwood handle with a2-piece solid brass rod, coupled with standard 10x32 threads. Byremoving the seating end of the brass rod, and screwing the T-Handleonto a standard ramrod, it will extend the length of your ramrod foreasier seating of projectiles.
