Provides full circle rotation for seating. Secondary twist control drag affords selected drag for rotation. Internal delrin bearing cup engages in 10" increments for positive lock when tightening. Dual quick lock handles-lever-actuated, provides stable, wobble-free support; Positive quick lock engages immediately. Fits all Garelick fluted series, 2-7/8" diameter stanchion pedestal seat bases. Meets ABYC-H31, Type A Seating Standards, as well as extensive Garelick performance standards. Anodized aluminum.
