Patent pending technology w/special filter diffuses red light over green, creating ideal blood trailing zone. Designed for heavy water resistance. Charging port at base of handle w/rubber plug seals out moisture. Includes: 110V charger & 12V charger (both w/single pin plug & LED indicating power), wrist lanyard & NiCad rechargeable pack.
