Designed specifically to fit AR 15 style rifles, short shotguns and carbines, the new 2SKB-4010 ATA Single Carbine Case is lightweight yet durable and features the new fiberglass and nylon trigger release TSA accepted and recognized locking latch system. SKB?s design engineers have incorporated a TSA accepted lock into their new industrial strength latches. Measuring 40" x 10" x 5" internally, the 2SKB-4010 Single Carbine Case is constructed of an unbreakable HDPE shell with weather resistant O-ring seal, has bumper protected hardware to protect the new TSA trigger release latches that have been engineered to last a lifetime and a new cushioned rubber over-molded handle for comfortable carrying. The case color runs through the material so scratches are invisible and the "poly" is impervious to all solvents, oils, fuels and acids. This case also exceeds ATA specification 300 category 1, the highest standard for an airline transport container (a minimum of the 100 trips by air). The 2SKB-4010 ATA Single Carbine Case is covered by SKB?s Unconditional Lifetime Warranty as well as the $1500 content coverage if your product is damaged by the airlines.
