Crimson Trace has announced the addition of two new Lasergrips models that fit the CZ full-size and compact handguns. The LG-475 fits the full-size CZ-75B (9mm), and the LG-476 fits the compact 75D and P-01, both in 9mm.
This CZ family of pistols is the latest major handgun segment to be addressed by the Crimson Trace engineers. The products are the result of numerous requests from customers for Lasergrips for this popular line. The ergonomic Lasergrips enhance the feel of the gun by being constructed of a unique rubber overmold material that cushions the recoil of this well-designed and popular firearm.
The instinctive activation of Lasergrips is a key feature of the product. The laser is activated by a pressure switch located on the front strap of the grip. You simply grip the firearm in a normal shooting grip and the solid, steady laser beam is activated. Slightly relaxing the grip turns off the laser. This grip-integrated feature is standard in all Lasergrips. The strong, steady beam is as powerful as the law allows and has at least twice the battery life as its nearest competitor.
Lasergrips are sighted-in for 50-feet at the factory but can be zeroed in at different distances by using the windage and elevation adjustments located on the Lasergrips themselves, a feature unique to Crimson Trace Lasergrips. The simplicity of Lasergrips grip-integrated design offers the peace of mind that no internal parts of the firearm have been replaced with aftermarket parts, as some other manufacturers require.
